We do operate an appointments book, however with 3 large fitting suites please do always pop in, we will accommodate new brides with priority if space allows. our hours are

Our showroom is large and spacious with private parking to the rear. We expanded to our new large premises in July 06 and have enjoyed hearing the gasps and wow's as brides enter the showroom.  Our bay window often causes a string of traffic stopping to see which gown we have recently received and put on display, we even get calls to say how wonderful the gown is in the window  from ladies that are not even getting married, it really has become the talk of the town. We have private fitting rooms with lots of viewing room which means you don't have to parade on the shop floor in gowns, you have your own private room, and experienced gown fitter. Our new master fitting suite is fabulous everyone loves it, although it gets booked up very quickly, so remember to book an appointment in advance.  We have gardens to the rear for customers who need a few minutes to take time out, or perhaps extra friends and family that want   your gown to be a surprise until the day. We offer light refreshments (when we're not to busy), and have a large porch area for buggy's and prams, there is seating areas in the gown showroom, the bridesmaids room  and in all fitting rooms. Choosing that special  wedding gown is the  most important  purchase a girl  will ever make, we hope to make your time with us as comfortable and friendly as possible.  Do have a read through some of the testamonies left by some of our customers. 

To compliment all our gowns we have an exquisite range of hand made tiaras, veils and matching jewellery, we also offer the award winning range of bridal shoes.

We welcome brides from all over the country infact all over the world, we have had the pleasure of brides from as far as South Africa, America, Portugal, Denmark, France and Ireland. We have had the pleasure of serving the odd footballers wife, a couple of minor celeb's and even a Nigerian Princes. We  will be happy to advise on places to stay and how to get to us.  If you find a gown that you love and wish to do all fittings on one day, we can arrange that for you.  You do need an appointment and you would need to purchase from the ready to buy rail.  We can have all fittings done and the gown will be delivered to your door within a few  days.

TIPS AND ADVISE ON GETTING THE MOST OUT OF YOUR VISIT;

A bridal gown can take up to 6 months to be made for you so leave enough time to order it and have alterations done. We stock a large selection of off the rail gowns ready to go today, so don't panic if you don't have 6 months, we will be able to help.

Please remember if you have a budget for your gown, all alterations costs are extra, so be sure to leave a little spare for nip and tucks which will tailor your gown to your body and make you look and feel beautiful.

Try to get your gown before you start to involve bridesmaids, choose a colour scheme up front, thats fine, but don't try to find a bridal gown to suit the bridesmaid gowns you brought too early, its hard work and you never get the gown you wanted, after all its your day.

Only come with 1 or 2 true friends or family members, any more and you may get conflicting advice.

Always wear suitable undies ie. well fitting strapless bra and knickers you don't mind standing around in.

Wear shoes of a similar heel height as you may wish to wear on your wedding day, we stock a large selection of shoes, but it helps if you have a height in mind.

Please don't wear body make-up as it marks and stains the gowns.

Remember we can not allow photos to be taken until your own gown comes in, (copy right from designers) even we can't use photos unless we have permission.

Please try not to bring children to your gown fittings, you can easily be distracted and after all we are here to make you feel special, take some time for yourself, you deserve it. Please note we do not allow prams or pushchairs into the store.

And lastly book, booking in advance will ensure you have a private fitting suite  with an experienced assistant.  Please keep to your appointment and phone if you need to cancel or if you are running late.  Most bridal houses are unable to store your gown or bridesmaid dresses once they are in store ( imagine us try to store over 2000 dresses we would need a warehouse) so beaware that you will need to take your gowns with you, so think about storage, theres always someone more then happy to baby sit the wedding party gowns ( what an honour). We do offer a storage package for bridal gowns only so ask in store for more details.

No problem, we have amazing crystal embellished gowns in all colours with stunning detail.  We also offer  gowns that specialise in larger sizes, infact they are not offered smaller then a  size 16, which is great because you are not charged a surcharge, and most are available to size 30 plus. We have many, many happy plus size brides under our wing. We also have a selection of larger size samples,  we don't just stock size 10, don't worry, we have samples in size 26 plus.
